Please ensure that the jewelry remains unworn, in its original packaging, and with all security tags intact to qualify for a reversal.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Securely pack the item in its original box and provide photos of the product to our team to verify that the piece is in its original, pristine condition.
Ship the Product
Once your request is approved, ship the parcel back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us.
Processing & Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
